Building

What is the difference between Custom, Template, and Express Website Launch?

Custom Websites are designed around your brand, pages, and business model. Template Website is a proven layout set up professionally for a fast, lower-cost launch. Express Website Launch is a focused starter build for urgent launches where the scope is tight and decisions are ready.

How long does a build take?

An Express Website Launch is built around a one-day delivery window once the scope and content are ready. Template projects usually move quickly because the structure is known. Custom timelines depend on pages, design depth, integrations, and review speed, so we confirm the plan before work starts.

Can I update the site myself after launch?

Yes. Your site is built in WordPress, and you own it. We can leave you with an editable site and stay on through a care plan so updates, backups, security, and small fixes are handled for you.

Care plans

Do I need a WordPress care plan?

If your site is important to your business, care is usually worth it. WordPress needs updates, backups, monitoring, and security checks. A care plan turns that ongoing work into a predictable service instead of an emergency later.

What do care plans cover?

Care Plans cover the boring but important work: WordPress, theme, and plugin updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security checks, and support. Higher tiers add more priority and more proactive improvement time.

Can you care for a site you did not build?

Usually, yes, after a review. We need to check the setup first so we understand the plugins, hosting, risks, and any existing issues. If the site needs cleanup before ongoing care, we will say that clearly.

How fast do you respond to support requests?

Response depends on the care tier and the urgency of the issue. Business-impacting problems are treated first. For anything outside an active plan, email us and we will confirm the next available route.

Pricing

How much does a WordPress website cost?

It depends on scope. A Template Website is $400 and an Express Website Launch is $650, each with 3 months free hosting included. Custom Websites start at $1,500 for a focused landing page and can reach $8,000 for e-commerce or online course builds. If you are not sure what fits, ask for a quote and we will recommend the smallest sensible scope.

How do payments and installments work?

Some builds can be split into installments, such as two or three staged payments for larger custom projects. We confirm the payment shape in writing before work starts. Checkout is not self-serve right now; start by contacting us.

Do you offer hosting?

Hosting is a perk, not a standalone product. Builds include 3 months free hosting so you can launch without sorting infrastructure first. After that, hosting can be part of your care relationship if it makes sense for the site.

Working with us

Who owns the website?

You own the site content, brand assets you provide, and the finished WordPress site once the project is paid. We may use reusable know-how, patterns, and internal processes across projects, but your business site remains yours.

How do we get started?

Send a short message with what you need, your rough budget, and any deadline. We will reply with the best-fit route: Template Website, Express Website Launch, a Custom Website quote, or a care-plan review.
